If you’re a fan of Soccer, you might be aware of Amadou & Mariam. They’ve also worked with Damian Marley and Nas for their last album. Here they are with two founding members of the band TV On The Radio, for a really fantastic feel good tune. Check it.
caught them at bonnaroo in 2009. they’re a blind couple from mali, and were the duo behind ‘sabali,’ which you might not realize that you’ve heard before. damon albarn produced that one. really pleased with this new track here. kyp and tunde also collaborated with tinariwen recently, definitely getting themselves in tune with some of the top acts in west african music these days.
