j. rocc is truly a beat junkie. as one of the founding members of the california loop digging collective, he proves here that the term is not bestowed loosely.
i’ve seen him perform a few times; twice at sxsw, dj’ing for black star at bonnaroo, and possibly accompanying rappers one or two other times, i can’t remember.
